1. Recipe

That’s one reason I look forward to going to work- Besides giving motivational presentations to companies, schools, and groups, I often cook for, and with them as a team building exercise.

COOKING HIGHLIGHTS

I prepped this chicken (recipe 👇🏾)the night before and grilled it off. The next day we came together as a group at School 3 in Fort Lee and together we made guacamole, black bean salad, topped it with the chicken and had a feast.

2. Workout

Can this workout change your life?

Yes.

It changed mine 25 years ago when I was getting my masters of science in physical therapy at New York Medical College. After reading several studies on the optimal way to train the human body, I designed this workout, and have been doing a variation ever since.
