Unlimited Energy- People ask, “How do you seem to have so much energy, cooking all the time, doing Spartan races…”
My secret- Human energy only comes from one place- Food. To try and get it from anywhere else is, like Einstein said, “Insanity”.
What I Eat:
Whole foods
Protein- Wild fish, grass fed beef/lamb, organic chicken/pork
Vegetables- organic leafy greens, legumes, root & cruciferous veggies, onions, garlic, seasonal, local, no additives
Fermented Foods- healthy gut microbiome = more energy (kimchi, saurkraut, kombucha, miso)
Avoid- refined sugars, pesticides, artificial/processed anything, seed oils, additives, preservatives- they will ruin energy, sleep, and success.
Better Sleep
Control anxiety. If I don’t control my anxiety, even if I can fall asleep, I’ll wake up, unable to stop my mind. To control anxiety- 60 second anxiety exercise
Once I control anxiety, I;
Limit caffeine, scrolling, news, trauma/drama TV
Create a relaxed atmosphere- music, incense, audiobook, relaxation sounds, meditation, loving thoughts, gratitude, smile
Eat smaller meals before bed, avoid additives above, drink herbal tea
More Successful
Daily, I ask myself (Ask a good question, get a better answer)
What is my purpose? (personal/professional)
Why is that my purpose?
How do I accomplish it?
Why must I accomplish it?
Now stay laser focused using food, better sleep, your faith, supportive family/friends, coaches, mentors, leaders, etc.
