What my Life Coaching clients and audiences ask me to help them with most, besides how to get motivated and how to lose weight, is how to sleep better.

This is how:

1. Control anxiety- Try the Vagus Nerve Exercise pinned to my IG @peterkofitsas

2. Look at caffeine, and other stimulants. Caffeine can have a 12 hour half life. Meaning, 12 hours later half of the caffeine can still be in your body.

3. Avoid food additives, preservatives, seed oils, dyes, sweeteners, etc. they can cause inflammation, upset your gut, then trigger anxiety, keeping you up. Ask for my food additive list.
