10 Ways To Sleep Better

STRATEGIES FOR BETTER SLEEP

CALM YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM
Do the vagus nerve anxiety-controlling exercise (pinned to my IG reels)
Play calming music
Meditate • Pray • or use guided audio

BUILD A CONSISTENT ROUTINE
Go to bed and wake up at the same time daily

CONTROL CAFFEINE
Limit to morning (≤6 oz)
Nothing after 2 PM (or earlier)

CREATE A SLEEP ENVIRONMENT
Turn off lights
Turn off electronic devices
Warm • Inviting • Dark • Relaxing

PROTECT YOUR MIND BEFORE BED
Avoid social media, news, politics
Watch relaxing shows (no Walking Dead, dramas, or conflict)

EAT TO SUPPORT SLEEP
Eat real, whole foods
Organic, non-GMO
No additives or preservatives
Vegetables • Fruit • Quality animal protein

FIT IN EXERCISE DAILY
Improves sleep quality
Reduces stress and anxiety
Boosts deep, restorative sleep

WIND DOWN WITH BOOKS
Read light, relaxing material
(e.g., food memoirs)

JOURNAL
Write three things you are grateful for
