Sometimes, people think I’ve never struggled with my weight/life, that I just have good genetics.

The truth is, growing up I experienced traumatic events, including losing my father in a tragic way when I turned 16, then being 6o pounds overweight, depressed and miserable, desperate to change.

Getting degrees in nutrition and exercise helped me lose the weight.

Then I studied psychology and put it all together- Focus, Food, Fitness- the essentials for being successful in all areas of life.

This blog will help you professionally as well as personally.
