1. Recipe
SPATCHCOCK CHICKEN
I won’t lie, saying that name to someone with a straight face makes me smile inside.
I asked Google- “In Britain, “spatchcock” can also mean to stuff things together in an inappropriate way.” 😂
Anyway, back to the cooking…
Don’t be afraid to be heavy handed with the spices. They’ll create an outer force field of flavor, trapping succulent juices, keeping your le poulet juicy inside, crispy outside.
I served this with Fire Roasted Greek Lemon Potatoes
2. Workout
ADVANCED WORKOUT
I add this sequence to my 20-minute, 5 x week workout routine when training for a .
Along with eight, 50 yard sprints, and 3 hill repeats, 2-3 times a week, that’s all I do to train for a Spartan Race.
No long boring workouts, just brief, intense circuit resistance training and sprints will get you stronger, leaner, more confident, and looking great in your clothes.
And I try to eat great 80% of the time, the secret to great health.
3. Motivation
For years I’d say to myself, “I don’t care what anyone thinks.”
I’ve come to understand that was disingenuous for me.
Also, when I take a negative stand that is not authentic, that can create inflammation in my body, leading to disease over time.
No thanks.
