Motivated & Happy: 2 Ways To Do It

Dear Friend, 

Aside from how to lose weight, my audiences and clients ask me how to get motivated and how to be happy.

1. To get motivated- Think of what and who you love, what you want more of in your life, what you must have no matter what.

Once you have that in mind…

2. To be happy- Help your body produce as much serotonin, the happy hormone, as possible.

Serotonin is made from tryptophan, which you can only get from certain foods.

But eating the food is not enough. If you don’t control your anxiety, that will affect your serotonin level, hence your happiness, hence your motivation. Get it.

95% of serotonin is created in the gut. If you don’t have a healthy gut (bloated, weight gain, digestion) your happiness, and therefore your motivation will be affected.

So, if you’re not motivated or happy, there’s nothing wrong with you.

We just need help navigating motivation and happiness during challenging times.
