A teacher helping me demonstrate how to control anxiety in 60 seconds
Dear Friend,
At this point I’ve shown how to control anxiety to several thousand employees, teachers, clients, family and friends…(Pics above demonstrate the Vagus Nerve Anxiety Exercise).
Why?
I’ve learned, if I don’t control anxiety, it will control me.
That means I will not be able to motivate myself to;
Be my best at work. (Top executives and educational leaders have revealed to me they struggle with anxiety).
Be present in my relationships, including my children, friends, family. (My clients share anxiety is affecting their happiness and relationships).
Eat healthy, even though I want to. (How can be motivated to eat healthier when I’m in constant worry/fear?).
Get myself motivated to exercise, even though I know it’s good for me. (Of course I can’t get motivated to exercise- my logical brain is off-line due to anxiety).
Feel happier. (Anxiety affects the gut, where 95% of serotonin (The happy hormone) is made. How can we, or our children feel happier if our guts aren’t producing serotonin?)
Anxiety makes us, including our kids, want to run home and hide under the covers. (I’ve literally heard this from mothers about themselves and their children, during my presentations.)

Then work with a mentor, coach, therapist, to address the triggers of anxiety, and other strategies to remedy them. Ask me about coaching.
I have included how to control anxiety and improve mental health during my motivational wellness presentations because I’ve observed, in order for someone to be their best in their personal lives as well as professional lives, they have to control their anxiety first. Then they can tap into their best selves.
